Kuala Lumpur, 1 April 2019 – OMNI Oil Technologies reflects on a key collaboration milestone through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed with Schlumberger WTA (M) Sdn Bhd, aimed at strengthening its capabilities in the upper completions and permanent downhole gauge (PDG) segment within Malaysia’s oil and gas industry.

This collaboration was formed in response to PETRONAS’ Pan Malaysia tender for the Provision of Upper and Intelligent Completion Equipment and Services for Petroleum Arrangement Contractors (PACs). Under the MOU, OMNI and SLB agreed to cooperate on the preparation and submission of a joint proposal, combining OMNI’s manufacturing strength and SLB’s service excellence.
