OMNI’s Composite Centralizers are specifically designed for horizontal wells requiring maximum standoff and a low coefficient of friction. These centralizers minimise well cake removal and facilitate smooth casing running. The blades are angled at 30 degrees with curved, sloping ends to prevent embedding into formations during casing rotation.

From vertical and horizontal to ERD wells, and for both cased and open hole applications, OMNI’s extensive range of centralizers plays a crucial role in reducing torque and drag while achieving planned TD.

OMNI’s Composite Centralizer are designed specifically for horizontal wells where maximum standoff is required with a low coefficient of friction. The centralizers are designed to minimize the removal or well cake and facilitate the easy running of the casing. The centralizer blades are made at an angle of 30 degrees with curved and sloping ends to prevent the blade edges embedding into formation in applications when the casing is rotated.
