Solid Centralizers are ideal for highly demanding horizontal sections, with bows designed for minimal running forces. Constructed from high-quality steel, the bows are welded for predetermined high side loads.
The smooth finish of the centralizer aids in its rotation and flotation onto casing, offering lower torque, reduced wear, and a low coefficient of friction. The specialised centering devices ensure optimal mud displacement during cementing, minimising pressure drop and enabling superior mud removal.
Standard, Straight Slip-on, and Heavy-Duty Slip-on Solid Centralizers are available.
