Slip On Set Screw Stop Collar
The Slip On Set Screw Stop Collar features a single-piece design crafted from high-strength, corrosion-resistant alloy, ensuring durability and reliability.
It applies gripping force via a single row of set screws, providing a secure hold. The tapered ends of the collar are designed to prevent interference with the centralizer’s bows or vanes, ensuring seamless installation and operation. Hinged Set Screw Stop Collar
The Hinged Set Screw Stop Collar is designed for secure attachment to the casing pipe, featuring set screws for enhanced holding strength. Constructed from two pieces hinged at both ends, these collars provide a robust 180-degree grip. Offering superior holding capability, these collars are easy to install using an Allen wrench, making them ideal for both cased and open-hole applications. They perform exceptionally well in conditions with low annular clearance. Available in sizes ranging from 4 1/2″ to 20″, these collars can be customised to meet specific size requirements upon request.

It is combined into two pieces and hinged at two-end, making an angle 180 degrees. This hinged stop collar has an internal groove, in which a spiral-locking pin is inserted.
These tighten the collar to the casing firmly. These are designed to be latched the casing pipe with set screws providing additional holding force. This cementing plug is easy to install. These are most effective where low annular clearance is received. These stop collars undergo a special phosphate coating process to restrict rust and are then coated with special polyester powder.
